Kamila Król

Kamila Król is a prolific comic artist; Liam Barrett is an illustration professor at the University of South Wales in Cardiff. Together they offer insights into the Welsh comic scene. Besides lecturing, Liam Barrett works in the field of editorial and social-commentary illustration. Kamila Król has published short comics, zines and books; her work has appeared in anthologies in Britain and Poland, and her graphic novel „Rusalka: Whispers of the Forest“ has won nominations and awards in both countries. She writes from a queer perspective, often against the backdrop of Slavic folklore and mythology.
